Oil producer Bunge says closes sale of Russian business

MOSCOW, Feb 7 (PRIME) -- U.S. agricultural holding Bunge, working in Russia under the Oleina and Ideal oil brands, has closed the sale of Russian business, affiliate Bunge CIS said on Tuesday.

"Starting from February 3, 2023 (the date of deal closure), Bunge CIS continued the production and sale of vegetable oils on the Voronezh oil extraction plant under control of a new owner," the company said.

The new owner name was not disclosed, the rebranding will take place soon, the company said.
